Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using BestieMe ("the Platform"). By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BestieMe, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
  • Have a valid Google account
  • Reside in a jurisdiction where participation is legal
  • Not be on any sanctions list
  • Provide accurate information when requested

3. Account Rules

  • One account per person — multiple accounts are prohibited
  • You are responsible for activity on your account
  • Keep your Google account credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
  • You may not transfer or sell your account

4. BSTM — Important Disclaimers

  • BSTM is not currency, securities, or a financial product. It is a community rewards unit.
  • During the program phase, BSTM exists only as a non-transferable balance.
  • BSTM has no guaranteed monetary value.
  • The Program Milestone Event is planned but not guaranteed.
  • Public listings are planned but not guaranteed.
  • Participation does not guarantee any return, gain, or specific outcome.
  • BestieMe is not an investment platform.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Create multiple accounts or use bots
  • Attempt to manipulate balances, referrals, or task completion
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the Platform
  • Use automated scripts to interact with the Platform
  • Misrepresent BestieMe or BSTM in your marketing
  • Promote BestieMe as an investment opportunity
  • Sell, lease, or trade your account or BSTM balance
  • Use the Platform for illegal activities
  • Interfere with security features or other users' accounts

6. Earning and Rewards

  • Rewards are awarded server-side per our published mechanics
  • We may adjust earning rates, task rewards, or boost multipliers at any time
  • Detected abuse will result in balance correction or account termination
  • Rewards have no monetary value during the program phase

Referral rewards are provisional. When a friend joins with your referral code, both parties are credited immediately, but the inviter's referral reward (currently 5 BSTM per referred friend) is confirmed only once that referred friend completes KYC verification. At KYC, only referral rewards earned from invitees who have themselves passed KYC are finalized and retained. If a referred friend does not complete KYC, the referral reward credited to the inviter for that friend will be removed from the inviter's balance. This measure protects the program from fraud, including the creation of fake or duplicate accounts and self-referral intended to mint BSTM dishonestly. By sharing your referral link or code, you agree to these conditions.

Miner Levels and XP. The Platform includes a progression system in which members earn XP and Miner Levels through genuine participation. XP and levels are calculated solely by our server-side systems and represent community standing only — they carry no monetary value and are not a promise of any reward, benefit, or outcome. We may adjust level thresholds, XP values, and progression mechanics at any time. XP earned through activity later found to be fraudulent, automated, or duplicative — including referral activity from accounts sharing the same network or device — may be withheld or reversed, and affected levels may be recalculated accordingly.

Community Voices. Members may submit links to their own original videos or posts about BestieMe, hosted on third-party platforms (such as YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram or X), for review. On approval, our team credits the submitting member a one-time BSTM reward, the amount of which is determined at our sole discretion based on the content's type and quality. By submitting, you confirm the content is your own and agree that it must describe BestieMe accurately, make no financial, profit, or return promises, not be misleading, and not require likes, subscribes or follows; where you are rewarded for content, you agree to disclose that it is in partnership with BestieMe as required by the rules of your platform and applicable law. All submissions are reviewed before publishing; we may reject, pause, or remove any content at our sole discretion, and may withhold or reverse rewards for activity we consider fraudulent, automated, or self-dealing. A post for which a reward has been paid is permanent and cannot be deleted. Community Voices reward amounts are set at our discretion and may be changed at any time. BSTM earned has no monetary value and is not a promise of any return. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms, policies, and content rules of any third-party platform on which you post your content. You are also solely responsible for the content you create and submit, and for any claim, dispute, loss, or issue arising from it — including copyright and intellectual-property rights, accuracy, legality, and any harm to third parties. BestieMe does not create, own, or endorse member-submitted content and is not responsible or liable for it. We review submissions before publishing, but our review, approval, or publication of any content is not an endorsement, verification, or guarantee of it. A review may not catch every issue, so we may re-review any content at any time; if we find anything inaccurate, unlawful, infringing, or otherwise in breach of our rules — including something an earlier review did not catch — we will remove it immediately. Approving, publishing, or later removing content does not make BestieMe responsible or liable for it.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse or fraud, pose security risks, or are inactive for extended periods.

You may delete your account at any time. Account deletion permanently removes your BSTM rewards balance.

8. Intellectual Property

The BestieMe name, logo, design, and all platform content are the intellectual property of BestieMe.

9. User Content

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or content to BestieMe, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate and improve the Platform.

10. Third-Party Services

BestieMe integrates with third-party services such as Google Sign-In. Their respective terms also apply. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

BestieMe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, future Program Milestone availability, specific monetary outcomes, or compatibility with all devices.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BestieMe and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BestieMe and its operators from claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by international principles of contract law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration where applicable.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform.

16. Severability

If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain in effect.
