Roadmap
BestieMe is being built in clear, deliberate phases. Each phase has its own success criteria — we do not rush to the next stage until the current one is healthy and stable. Below is the current state of our roadmap. Dates are targets, not promises.
Phase 1 — Platform Launch
Goal: Launch BestieMe to the public with a stable, secure, fully functional rewards program.
- Public website with Google Sign-in
- 24-hour daily reward session live
- Daily tasks (login, quiz, profile, check-in)
- Referral system with boost rewards
- Mobile-friendly PWA experience
Status: Complete — all launch features are built and running live in production.
Phase 2 — Community Growth
Goal: Grow to 10,000 active members with strong daily engagement.
- Organic marketing across social channels
- Community spaces (Telegram, Twitter / X)
- Group boost feature (extra rate for friend groups) — live now
- Weekly community challenges
- Educational content about the program and Solana network
Status: Underway — referral group boost is live; community channels and challenges are being set up.
Phase 3 — Games and Engagement
Goal: Add light, fun games to the platform that strengthen community engagement.
- Casual games — Blocky Blast Puzzle live now; spin, scratch and match coming
- Multiplayer mini-games — Chess Duels live now; quiz duels and multiplayer snake coming
- Leaderboard — live now; tournament events in a later phase
- Daily quiz expansion with categories
Status: Underway — Games hub, Blocky Blast, Chess Duels and the leaderboard are live; more games are in development.
Phase 4 — KYC and Pre-Milestone Preparation
Goal: Get the platform ready for on-chain BSTM distribution.
- KYC verification system launch
- Solana wallet integration (Phantom and others)
- Whitepaper v2 with finalized rewards structure
- Smart contract development and external audit
- Anti-sybil safeguards
Phase 5 — Program Milestone Event
Goal: Deploy BSTM as a Solana SPL unit and distribute to eligible members.
- BSTM SPL unit deployed on Solana mainnet
- Treasury and release schedules locked on-chain
- Claim portal opens for verified members
- Founder allocation locked under public release schedule
This phase is conditional on community readiness, technical readiness, and regulatory considerations. Public listing on any exchange is planned but not guaranteed.
Phase 6 — Public Listing and Beyond
Goal: Make BSTM widely usable and accessible.
- Initial public listing (Raydium or similar)
- Liquidity provision from treasury
- Centralized exchange applications
- Ecosystem partnerships and utility integrations
- Ongoing community governance experiments
