1.1 Account Information
When you sign in with Google, we receive and store:
- Your email address
- Your display name
- Your profile photo URL
- A unique BestieMe user ID
- An auto-generated username
1.2 Activity Data
- BSTM rewards balance and earnings history
- Daily session timestamps
- Tasks completed
- Referral relationships
- Login dates and times
- Your Miner Level, XP, and active-day counts (a record of your in-program progression)
- Community Voices activity — links to content you submit, thumbnail images you upload, and which content tasks you complete
1.3 Technical Data (Automatic)
- IP address (for security and abuse prevention)
- Browser type and version
- Device type (mobile, tablet, desktop)
- A device fingerprint — an anonymous identifier derived from your browser and hardware, used only to detect duplicate or fake accounts created to abuse the referral and rewards program
- Pages visited on our site
- Anonymous analytics events
1.4 What We Do NOT Collect
- Your Google password (handled by Google directly)
- Payment or banking information (we never request payment)
- Government identification documents (until optional KYC phase)
- Sensitive personal data (health, religion, political views)
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account
- To track and award BSTM rewards through the daily session and tasks
- To calculate your Miner Level and XP, and to keep that progression fair and abuse-resistant
- To run Community Voices — to review and publish approved member content, credit the creator's one-time BSTM reward, and detect abuse such as self-rewarding from the same device or network
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- To improve and personalize the platform
- To send you essential service notifications
- To comply with legal obligations
Where KYC verification is available, we use the verification result to confirm referral rewards and to detect fake or duplicate accounts created to abuse the referral program. Referral rewards are credited instantly but remain provisional; if a referred friend does not complete verification, the reward credited for that friend will be removed from the inviter's balance. 3. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following providers, each with their own privacy policies:
- Cloud infrastructure provider — secure, enterprise-grade hosting, authentication, and database services, under a data processing agreement.
- Google Sign-In — authentication.
These services may set cookies or collect anonymous usage data per their policies.

- Local storage — to remember your theme preference
- Analytics cookies — to understand usage patterns (anonymized)
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

We retain account data while your account is active. If you request deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

BestieMe is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction), as stated in our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
